How to Delete Your Account

If you would like to delete your 3-Day Fast account and all associated data, you can do so in one of the following ways:

Option 1: From Within the App

Open the 3-Day Fast app, go to the You tab, tap Settings, and select Delete Account. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

Option 2: Contact Us by Email

Send an email to morhendos@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

  • Your email address and authentication credentials
  • Fasting history (start times, end times, durations)
  • Journal entries created during fasts
  • Badges and milestones achieved
  • Checklist progress
  • Any other profile data

What Is Not Affected

Data stored locally on your device (if you used the app without an account) is not affected by account deletion. You can clear local data by uninstalling the app or clearing the app's data in your device settings.

Purchase records managed by Apple or Google are not affected. To manage those, visit your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Important Notes

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • If you have an active premium subscription, deleting your account does not automatically cancel it — manage subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play settings
  • You may create a new account with the same email address after deletion
