3-Day Fast ("the App") is developed and operated by Mindful Apps Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

Information We Collect

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The core functionality of the App — fasting timer, phase tracking, milestones, and preferences — stores data locally on your device using local storage. This data never leaves your device unless you create an account.

Account Data (Optional)

If you choose to create an account, we collect your email address for authentication purposes. Account creation enables cloud sync of your fasting history across devices. We use Supabase as our backend provider, which stores your data in EU-based servers.

When you create an account, we may store:

• Email address
• Fasting history (start time, end time, duration)
• Journal entries you create during fasts
• Badges and milestones achieved
• Checklist progress

Purchase Data

If you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect or store your payment information. We receive only a confirmation of your purchase status through RevenueCat, our subscription management provider, to unlock premium features.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Provide and maintain the App's functionality
• Sync your fasting data across devices (if you have an account)
• Verify your purchase status for premium features
• Send essential account-related emails (e.g., password reset)

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase — authentication and database (EU servers). See Supabase Privacy Policy
• RevenueCat — in-app purchase management. See RevenueCat Privacy Policy

Data Retention & Deletion

Local data can be cleared at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's data in your device settings.

If you have an account, you can request deletion of all your data by contacting us at the email below. We will delete your data within 30 days of receiving your request.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
